• Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -179 <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING PLACEMENT OF ITEMS ON COUNCIL <br />WORK SESSION AGENDA <br />Whereas, the City Council currently has a policy that allows placement of <br />items on the regular council agenda if requested by two council members; <br />Whereas, the City Council wishes to affirm a similar policy for the council <br />work session agendas; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council hereby adopts a policy requiring that at least two <br />Council Members must request an item to be placed on a council work session <br />agenda in addition to the items placed on the agenda b administration <br />Joh erg P on, ayor <br />Juli. ne Bartell, ity Jerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Membero'Donneiland upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Reinert, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Carlson <br />
