• <br />Junes Addition <br />Page 2 <br />Council MembeO'Donneliintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-180 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR JUNES ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Junes Addition was approved with Resolution 04 -94 by the <br />City Council on July 12, 2004 with conditions, and <br />• WHEREAS, the final plat for Junes Addition complies with City requirements and the conditions <br />of Resolution 04 -94 have been satisfied. <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Junes Addition <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this <br />ATT ST: <br />Julie artell, C.
