<br />section 14, thence N. 23 degrees, 29 minutes E. 481 feet, thence N. 3 degrees, 59 minutes E. 522
<br />feet, thence N. 7 degrees, 44 minutes E. 370 feet to a point on the N. line of said lot 2, thence W.
<br />along the N. line of said lot 2 to low water line of Peltier lake, thence southwesterly along said
