• Council Member Stoltz atroduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -184 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, JUNES ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Prelimijnary Plat on July 12, 2004, and <br />WHERAS, the City Council approved the 2nd Reading of Ordinance 06 -05 — Rezoning <br />from Rural to R1 -X on July 26, 2004, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino <br />Lakes, prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat to insure <br />satisfactory completion of public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves <br />• the Development Contract with Wayne Junes for Junes Addition and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Julia, ne Bartell, C. Clerk <br />Joh Bergdon, a y or <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member rar, won and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
