• <br />• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -185 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 2 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — 2006 STREET SEALCOATING <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the 2006 Street Sealcoating Project has been completed by Allied Blacktop <br />Company, and <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final <br />Payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1 and Payment Request No. 2 (Final) is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $114,139.65. <br />Berg g son'Mayor <br />Ju i.- nne Bartell, City erk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MembeP'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, O'Donnell, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
