• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-200 <br />AUTHORIZE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE WATER EMERGENCY <br />AND CONSERVATION PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes provides public water supply to more than <br />1,000 people and is required to have a Water Emergency and Conservation Plan <br />approved by the Department of Natural Resources (Minnesota Statutes <br />103G.291). <br />WHEREAS, the Water Emergency and Conservation Plan must be updated <br />every ten years, with a required submittal date of October 15, 2007. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Engineer is directed to complete the Water Emergency and <br />Conservation Plan in the amount of $10,800.00. <br />Johrfi Berge son (llayor <br />• <br />"Ju i =nne Bartell, lerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of December, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoltz,. Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
