• <br />• <br />Council Member Stol t7. introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-210 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2007 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2007 Water and Sewer Operating Budgets during <br />their work session held August 21, 2006, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following Water <br />and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2007 are hereby adopted: <br />2007 Water Operating Budget 2007 Sewer Operating Budget <br />Operating Revenues $1,330,000 $1,551,000 <br />Transfers 141.199 -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,471,199 $1,551,000 <br />Operating Expenses $ 928,152 $1,313,661 <br />Debt Service 426,047 11,587 <br />Total Expenses $1,354,199 $1,365,248 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ 117,000 $ 185,752 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 18th day of December, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoltz, Reinert, Carlson, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />�r l <br />Julia ne Bartell, City Ierk <br />Reinert <br />
