Council MembeP ' Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -216 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 2 — STREETLIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 24, 2006, awarding <br />the construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 — Streetlighting <br />Improvements to W.H. Response, and <br />WHEREAS, additional lighting is needed adjacent to the project area; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to complete these improvements under <br />the existing construction and maintenance contract with W.H. Response. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.2 in the amount of $132,737.07 is hereby approved. <br />Julia e Bartell, City ler <br />John . erge on, ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 18th day of December, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Stoltz, Carlson, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
