• <br />• <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />81 -3 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />sanitary sewer along Hodgson Road and Highway #49 <br />between the intersection of Hodgson Road and the <br />center line of Section 30 on the South end of the <br />proposed improvement and 77th Street on the North <br />end of the proposed improvement, and along Highway <br />#49 to the Minnesota Correctional Facility, filed <br />with the City Council on February 23, 1981, is <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required per- <br />centage of owners of the property affected thereby. <br />This declaration is made in conformity with Minn - <br />esota Statute, Section 429.035. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Peter Long of <br />O.S.M. Engineering and he is instructed to report <br />to the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Should said project not be approved, the cost of <br />the study will be born by the petitioners. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, <br />this 23rd day of February, 1981. <br />Motion to approve this Resolution was made by Mrs. Elsenpeter. <br />Seconded by Mr. Jaworski.
