• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 81 -5 <br />RESOLUTION REVIEWING AND ACCEPTING THE ENVIORNMENTAL RESOURCES <br />SUPPLEMENT TO THE DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes was in receipt of a letter from <br />the Metropolitan Council requesting additional information <br />for its Comprehensive Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner has prepared an additional supplement <br />dealing with Enviornmental Resources Inventory and <br />Policies, and <br />WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes City Council has reviewed this supplement <br />and have made additional amendments, <br />NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That the Lino Lakes City Council has reviewed and <br />accepted the Enviornmental Supplement to the <br />Comprehensive Plan, <br />2. That the Lino Lakes Planning Commission has reviewed <br />and approved the Enviornmental Supplement, <br />3. That the Lino Lakes City Council requests the <br />Metropolitan Council to terminate suspension on <br />the review of the Comprehensive Plan, <br />4. That the Enviornmental Resources Supplement fulfills <br />the requirements of the Land Use Planning Act. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of <br />March, 1981. <br />ft-tvti/ <br />Marilyn G.
