• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION 81 -6 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />sanitary sewer along Lake Drive from 77th Street <br />on the South end of the proposed improvement and <br />County Road #14 on the North end of said improve- <br />ment, filed with the Council on March 23rd, 1981 <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of owners affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity to M.S., <br />Section 420.035 <br />2 The petition is hereby referred to Pete Long of <br />OSM Engineering and he is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />3 That Juran and Moody shall act as bonding con- <br />sultants on this project. <br />Approved by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this <br />/3 day of , 1981. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
