RESOLUTION NO. 81 -14 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Council member Jaworski made the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />I. <br />Pursuant to authority contained in Section 5, c. of Ordinance No. 65, <br />passed by the City Council on April 26, 1976, the boarding fee re- <br />quired to be paid by said Section is hereby increased to and set at <br />$4.00 per day. <br />II. <br />A copy of this resolution will be kept on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk - Treasurer and open to inspection during regular office <br />hours. <br />This resolution shall be effective from and after its passage. <br />Opouncil member Kulaszewicz duly seconded the said resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br />Upon vote being taken thereon, the following council members voted for <br />said resolution, Mayor Gourley and Council members, Elsenpeter,Jaworski <br />and Kulaszewicz, and the following voted against same - none. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was duly declared passed, this 26th day of May, <br />1981. <br />• <br />Edna L.
