• <br />• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION 81 -16 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO DIRECTORS AND ALTERNATES AS OFFICIAL <br />REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES TO THE NORTH CENTRAL <br />SUBURBAN CABLE COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota has ratified the Joint <br />Powers Agreement with North Central Suburban Cable <br />Communications Commission (NCSCCC), and, <br />WHEREAS, the NCSCCC agreement requires a Resolution appointing <br />two Directors and two alternates„ <br />NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, The Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota hereby appoints Marilyn Elsenpeter,8024 Elbe St., <br />and Herb Johnson, 7125 Sunrise Avenue, (residents and qualified <br />voters of Lino Lakes) to officially represent Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />as Directors to the North Central Suburban Cable Communications <br />Commissions, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Benjamin Benson, 6666 East Shadow Lake <br />Drive (resident and qualified voter) is hereby appointed as <br />alternate to the NCSCCC to officially represent Lino Lakes in <br />the absense of either of the aforementioned Directors. <br />Passed by the City Council thish day of Jun , 1981. <br />F.
