• <br />• <br />• <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Hodgson <br />Road and County Road J by the installation of sewer to those certain <br />properties at that intersection, was duly presented to the Council <br />on the 2,c` day of OCT' , 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the /Council adopted ,£ '4.. 1981, <br />a report has been prepared bye u with reference to the im- <br />provement, and this report was recei ed by the Council on 61,„,k/ ,01981; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed <br />by all owners of real property abutting upon the strees named <br />as the location of the improvement. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />Resolution adopted ..ti ., 1J 1981. <br />3. M. ' ..tti- cY is hereby designated as the Engineer for this <br />improvement.
