• <br />• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION 81 -18 <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Hodgson <br />Road and County Road J by the installation of sewer to those <br />certain properties at that intersection, was duly presented <br />to the Council on the 27th day of October, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution of the Council adopted March:., <br />1981, a report has been prepared by Milner Carley Associates <br />with reference to the improvement, and this report was received <br />by the Council on April 20, 1981; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council finds and determines that said petition <br />was signed by all owners of real property abutting <br />upon the streets named as the location of the improve- <br />ment. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council Resolution adopted July 13, 1981. <br />3. Milner Carley Associates is hereby designated as the <br />Engineer for this Improvement.
