RESOLUTION 81 -23 <br />• <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />Reshanau Lane and Reshanau Court between the North <br />Lino of Birch Street and the West line of Black Duck <br />Drive by the installation of streets, curbs, sanitary <br />and storm sewer, water hydrants and line and street <br />lighting, filed with the Council on August 13, 1981, <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required per- <br />centage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in fonformity to Minnestoa Statutes, <br />Section 429.035. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Milner Carley Engineering <br />and he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a prelinimary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />ans as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Passed by the Council this 13th day of August, 1981 <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
