• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION 81 -3I <br />ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the official newspaper an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such improvement under such plans and <br />specifications as outlined by the Director of Public <br />Works. <br />2. The advertisement shall be published at least ten (10) <br />days prior to the bid opening date, shall specify the <br />work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened '°1 /h °4` $t <br />and considered by the City Council at the regular <br />scheduled Council meeting at 8:00 P.M. on September 21, <br />1981 in the Council Chambers of the Lino Lakes City <br />Hall. <br />3. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with <br />the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's <br />check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk <br />for five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. <br />4. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids <br />and to hold all bids open for a period of ten (10) days <br />before acceptance or rejection. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 2nd day of <br />September, 1981. <br />Edna L.
