T. <br />The following Councilmembers were present: F. Kenneth Gourley, <br />Marilyn Elsenpeter, John McLean, Ronald Jaworski and Richard Kulaszewicz <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />It <br />The following Resolution was presented by Councilmember Marilyn <br />Elsenpeter, who moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE SEWER <br />WHEREAS the Lino Lakes City Council has received a petition stating: <br />We the undersigned petition the City of Lino Lakes, for Sanitary <br />Sewer on Hwy #49, from Rice Creek north to its end at Minnesota <br />Correctional Facility, also from Hwy #49 North to 77th Street <br />along Lake Drive <br />and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the said petitioned <br />project size shall be reduced, as authorized by M. S. A. 429.031, <br />Subdivision 1, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the improvement of Highway 49, in the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, from the South line of the North Half of Section <br />30, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota to its intersection <br />with and termination at the Southerly right -of -way line of Interstate <br />
