• <br />RESOLUTION 81 - 41 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DIRECTOR AS OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />• LAKES TO THE NORTH CENTRAL SUBURBAN CABLE COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota has ratified the Joint Powers Agreement <br />with North Central Suburban Cable Communications Commission ( NCSCCC), and, <br />WHEREAS, the MCSCCC agreement requires a Resolution appointing a Director, <br />NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, The Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />hereby appoints Bobbie Volk, 8028 Elbe Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota (resident <br />and qualified voter of Lino Lakes) to officially represent Lino Takes, Minnesota <br />as Director to the North Central Suburban Cable Communications Commission. <br />• <br />Passed by the City Council this /3 day of October, 1981. <br />Marilyn And•rson, <br />aj.Q.4;d.rn--/ <br />Deputy Clerk <br />F.
