RESOLUTION No. 81 -45 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS <br />FOR 1981 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has established a trust fund and <br />deposited all Revenue Sharing funds received in that fund, <br />pursuant to regulations prescribed by the Office of <br />Revenue Sharing, and <br />WHEREAS, these funds must be expended within a reasonable time <br />according to Revenue Sharing regulations, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has assured the Director of the <br />Office of Revenue Sharing that with respect to payment <br />received under the Act, the mandatory requirements of the <br />State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972 as amended <br />have been complied with, and <br />WHEREAS, in order to complete the necessary transactions, a transfer <br />of funds from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to the City <br />General Fund must be authorized by the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />• That the Lino Lakes City Council instruct the City Clerk to transfer <br />$444e1.-47,4V of Revenue Sharing Funds into the General Fund for the <br />purpose of retiring expenses in the Police Department as authorized <br />at the November 10th, 1980 Planned Use Public Hearing. <br />Adopted by the Council this /J day of 4m ',19 8/ . <br />:—1 .c wv a��a• r yyam�// ce v - v.- . <br />F.
