z <br />• <br />DRAFT <br />DRAFT DRAFT DRAFT <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING MEMBERSHIP IN THE ANOKA COUNTY <br />ENFORCEMENT COUNCIL <br />RESOLUTION 82- <br />WHEREAS, The Anoka County Joint Law Enforcement Council has the <br />authority JF d cooperatively exercise a x r <br />y to jointly an p a power <br />common to all contracting parties in order <br />insure that <br />a proper regional organization of various municipalities <br />have the <br />authority and resposibility to research and study <br />problems of Law Enforcement of a regional nature, together <br />with the authority and power to implement such reginal <br />services, and <br />41/WHEREAS, The Anoka County Joint Law Enforcement Council has <br />implemented several regional services and these regional <br />services are functioning for and within the City of Lino <br />Lakes, and <br />WHEREAS, The by laws for the Anoka County Joint Law Enforcement <br />Council established criterea for communities to have <br />representation on this Council, and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota <br />now meets that criteria as set forth in the by laws of the <br />Anoka County Joint Law Enforcement, <br />
