RESOLUTION NO. 82 -21 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF <br />EAST SHADOW LAKE DRIVE. <br />WHEREAS, in 1972 the property owner of Lakes Addition #7 <br />constructed a roadway on his property, which linked the <br />existing East Shadow Lake Drive into Birch Street, also <br />known as State Aid Highway #10, and <br />WHEREAS, the understanding at that time was that this <br />extension of East Shadow Lake Drive was only on a temporary <br />basis, and <br />WHEREAS, at such time that Lantern Lane was constructed <br />for providing access to Birch Street, then the East Shadow <br />Lake Drive extension located in Lakes Addition #7 would no <br />longer be needed. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That Lantern Lane has been completed and <br />therefore provides access of East Shadow <br />Lake Drive to Birch Street. <br />2. That due to the lack of need for the <br />existing extension of that part of East <br />Shadow Lake Drive that lies over Outlot K <br />located in Lakes Addition #7, that such <br />extension be permanently abandondd=: at no <br />cost to the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Passed this /J day of el , 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
