• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION No. 82-22 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN <br />FOR ITS MUNICIPAL STATE AID ROAD SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has requested the <br />Commissioner of Transportation to approve the <br />Municipal State Aid system as outline in <br />Resolution No. 82 -22, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has established a <br />five year Capital Improvements Plan setting forth <br />its priorities for the necessary construction and <br />maintenance for the above mentioned Municipal <br />State Aid system. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; <br />That the attached listing constitutes the established <br />construction priorities for the Lino Lakes Municipal <br />State Aid Five Year Capital Improvements Plan. <br />Adopted this,427 day of � ../ 982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
