RESOLUTION 82 -23 <br />411RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS - 1982 <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City of Lino Lakes has established a Trust Fund and deposited <br />all Revenue Sharing Funds received in that fund, pursuant to <br />regulations prescribed by the Office of Revenue Sharing, and <br />these funds must be expended within a reasonable time according <br />to the Revenue Sharing regulations, and <br />the City of Lino Lakes has assured the Director of the Office of <br />Revenue Sharing that with respect to payment received under the <br />Act, the mandatory requirements of the State and Local Fiscal <br />Assistance Act of 1972 as amended have been complied with, and <br />in order to complete the necessary transaction, a transfer of <br />funds from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to the City's General <br />Fund must be authorized by the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the Lino Lakes City Council instruct the City Clerk to transfer <br />$ , $ 9'7/, aS of Revenue Sharing Funds into the General Fund for the <br />purpose of retiring expenses in the Road Department as authorized at the <br />October 5, 1982 Planned Use Public Hearing. <br />411Adopted by the Council this 1 S4 of December, 1982. <br />Edna L.
