• <br />RESOLUTION 82 -25 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />WHEREAS: There exists a balance of $12,659.09 in the sinking <br />fund for project 70 -01 Municipal Building fund as <br />of December 22, 1982, and <br />WHEREAS, there no longer exists any debt for Project 70 -01 <br />Municipal Building fund and therefore no need for <br />funds to be maintained in this account. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, <br />That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes <br />the City Clerk to transfer $12,659.09 from the <br />project #70 -01 municipal building fund into the <br />General Fund. <br />Passed by the City Council this„.-� day of December, 1982 <br />Edna <br />arner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />
