• <br />RESOLUTION # 82-26 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, there exists a balance of $71,321.61 in the sinking <br />fund for project 79 -01 General Obligation Bonds <br />concerning improvements installed in the Black <br />Duck subdivision, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />this project was refinanced and thereby replaces <br />project 79 -01 with project 82-01 General <br />Obligation Bonds. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to <br />transfer the existing balance of $71,321.60 into the 82 -01 <br />General Obligation Bond Account to reduce further indebtedness <br />of such account. <br />Passed by the Council thisvgb d <br />Edna L.
