• <br />RESOLUTION #82 -27 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HOUSING PLAN FOR SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE <br />REVENUE BOND APPLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council published the necessary notices <br />establishing the time, place and location for the Public <br />Hearing on the proposed Housing Plan and <br />WHEREAS, such hearing was held on December 20, 1982 at 7 :30 p.m. at <br />the Lino Lakes City Hall and public testimony and discuss- <br />ion was taken in accordance with State and City Code, and <br />WHEREAS, the contents of the Plan exemplified existing conditions, <br />'needs and future goals along with policies and implementation <br />programs for these activities. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, <br />1. The Lino Lakes City Council hereby adopts the Housing <br />Plan as amended on December 17, 1982. <br />2. This Plan shall be submitted along with the Housing Program <br />to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency as a part of the <br />application for Single Family Mortgages Revenue Bonds. <br />Passed by the Council the 20th day of December, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
