• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION #82 -28 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOUSING PROGRAM FOR SINGLE FAMILY' MORTGAGE <br />REVENUE BONDS <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council published the necessary notices <br />establishing the time, date, and location for the Public <br />Hearing on the proposed Housing Program, and <br />WHEREAS,. hearing was held on December 28, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. <br />at the Lino Lakes City Hall and public testimony and dis- <br />cussion was recorded in accordance with City and State <br />code, and <br />WHEREAS, the contents of this document illustrated the specific <br />details of the program such as costs, administration and <br />qualifying requirements. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT; <br />1. The Lino Lakes City Council adopts the Housing Programs <br />as presented at the Public Hearing. <br />2. This'Housing Program be submitted along with the Housing <br />Plan to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency as a part <br />of the application for Single Family Mortgage Revenue <br />Bonds. <br />Passed by the Council the 28th day of December, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
