RESOLUTION - #83 -1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to Section 161.39, Subdivision <br />1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes, 1978, the City of Lino <br />Lakes City Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality <br />of Lino Lakes is hereby authorized to request and obtain <br />from the Mir iesota Department of Transportion, needed <br />Engineering and technical services for which payment will <br />be made by the Municipality upon receipt of verified <br />claims from the Commissioner of Transportation.
