RESOLUTION - #83 -3 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted <br />October 12, 1982, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. John Davidson of TKDA with reference to the <br />improvement of the Baldwin Lake Mobile Home <br />Court by the installation of a connecting sewer <br />line to the lift station on Laurene Drive, and <br />this report was received by the Council on January <br />10, 1983. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The Council will consider the improvement of such Mobile <br />Home Court in accordance with the report and the assess- <br />ment for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />to the Baldwin Lake Mobile Home Court pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost <br />of the improvement of $64,560.00. <br />A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- <br />ment on the 28th day of February, 1983 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvement aS required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 10th day of January, 1983. <br />Edna L.
