• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION #83 -4 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATINZ3 THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES - 1983. <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />Title I of the Housing and Community Development <br />Act of 1974, as amended,provides for a program of <br />Community Development Block Grant Funds, and <br />with the assistance ftdm the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County has qualified as an Urban County <br />designee, and <br />the Community Development Block Grant funds received <br />by the City of Lino Lakes in 1981 and 1982 have been <br />allocated for the construction of a Senior Citizen's <br />Center, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has been notified by Anoka <br />County that Community Development Block Grant Funds <br />have been allocated far the City's use in 1983. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby allocates Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($5,000.00) of its entitled 1983 Community Development <br />Block Grant Funds for the Alexandria House and related programs. <br />The balance of such 1983 entitled funds shall be designated for <br />the construction of the proposed Senior Citizen's Center. <br />Adopted by the City Council this day o 983 <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
