• <br />• <br />RESOLUTTION #83 -09 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has held in a construction <br />escrow account sufficient funds to pay for Engineering, <br />legal and construction costs relating to certain <br />projects, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes presently has established such <br />accounts for the sub - division Carole's Estates II <br />and Forest Glenn owned by Mr. Gilbert Menkveld. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLOVED, that: <br />The City Council hereby authorize the City staff to transfer <br />$2,239.20 from the above mentioned construction escrow account <br />to the City of Lino Lakes General Fund. <br />This transfer will constitute payment for the balance of <br />existing debts against Carole's Estates II and Forest Glenn, <br />relating to Engineering and Construction costs incurred by <br />the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this / of 4,/-1- , 1983. <br />Attest: <br />4a_A-x&L)/ <br />Edna L.
