• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION #83 -10 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ENGINEER's FEASIBILITY REPORT, ORDERING <br />BALDWIN LAKE MOBILE HOME COURT IMPROVEMENTS AND PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />Resolution #83 -03 of the Lino Lakes City Council <br />adopted on January 10, 1983, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sewer <br />extension pursuant to the engineering feasibility report <br />dated December 13, 1982, and <br />ten days' published notice of the hearing through two <br />weekly publications of the required notice was given <br />and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of <br />February, 1983, at 7:30 P.M. at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard was given an opportunity to be <br />heard thereon, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Engineer's feasibility report dated December <br />13, 1982 is hereby adopted as feasible along with <br />its recommendations. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Council Resolution adopted January 10, 1983. <br />3. TKDA is hereby designated as the Engineer for this <br />improvement. They shall prepare Plans and <br />Specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />4. Authorize Attorney to obtain all necessary easements. <br />Adopted by the Council this $ day of <br />Edna L. Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />, 1983. <br />
