• <br />WHEREAS, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83 -12 <br />pursuant to instructions of the City Council, <br />a report has been prepared by Mr. Donald Volk <br />with reference to the Seal - Coating Program <br />designating certain streets within the City <br />of Lino Lakes for the 1983 work schedule, and <br />this report was received by the City Council <br />on March 28, 1983. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report received by the <br />Council on March 28, 1983. <br />2. Mr. John Davidson, of TKDA, is hereby <br />designated as the Engineer for the <br />Seal- Coating Program. He shall pre- <br />pare plans and specifications for the <br />completing of the Seal- Coating on those <br />certain streets so designated in the <br />report. <br />Adopted by the City Council this day of April, 1983 <br />Edna L.
