RESOLUTION 83 -15 <br />Council member Elsenpeter introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />Resolution. <br />WHEREAS, the Cities of North Oaks, Gem Lake, White Bear, Lino Lakes, Township <br />of White Bear, St. Paul Water Utility, and the City of Vandais Heights have agreed <br />to try and organize a water management organization under a joint powers agreement <br />as provided for under Minnesota Statutes 1982 Section 471 -59 *Joint Exercise of Powers. <br />Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the City of Lino Lakes agrees to work under <br />the provisions of Section 471 -59 Joint Exercise of Powers Act, to try and formulate <br />an agreement with the above named communities involved with the proposed Vadnais <br />Lake Area water management organization. <br />Motion was seconded by Council member Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Whereas, said Resolution was duly and adopted this 9th day of May, 1983. <br />Benjamin G. Benson, Mayor <br />Edna L.
