RESOLUTION #83 -16 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION #82 -17 <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has reviewed Resolution #82 -17 <br />and feel minor adjustments should be made, and <br />WHEREAS it appears to the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />that the streets hereinafter described should be designated Municipal <br />State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967 <br />Chapter 162; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes that the roads described as follow, to -wit: <br />See Attached Amended Listing <br />be, and hereby are established, located, and designated a Municipal <br />State street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner <br />of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized <br />•and directed to forward two (2) certified copies of this Resolution <br />to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and <br />that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion <br />thereof, the same be constructed, improved and maintained as Munici- <br />pal State Aid streets of the City of Lino Lakes, to be numbered and <br />known as Municipal State Aid streets as shown on the amended attached <br />listing. <br />• <br />Adopted this 9th day of May, 1983 <br />Edna L.
