• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION 1 23 —1 <br />RESOLUTION - ESTABLISHING A SIGNATORY FOR <br />THE POST BOARD REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Board of Peace Officers Standards and <br />Training has been appropriated $900,000 for the purpose <br />of reimbursing local units of government to offset the <br />cost of ocntinuing education and training programs for <br />their peace officers, and <br />WHEREAS, a requirement of this program is to formally designate <br />a signatory for the processing of all necessary documents. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby designates the Mayor <br />and the City Administrator as signators for the processing of <br />the Post Board Reimbursement Program. <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />this 23rd day of May, 1983. <br />ATTESTED: <br />j);A,, <br />Edna L.
