Resolution # p 3 <br />A Resolution establishing miscellaneous fees pursuant to the <br />City Code. <br />Whereas, numerous areas of the City Code reference "fees as <br />established by the City Council," and <br />Whereas, in an effort to update the Council on the present fee <br />schedules being used or proposed for City Code continuity, the <br />following fees are herewith submitted; <br />Xerox Copies 25t per copy <br />Septic Pumping Permit $2.00 <br />Bingo $5.00 /single permit or <br />$50.00 /year <br />. City. Code; $20.00 <br />Zoning Ordinance $10.00 <br />Now therefore be it Resolved that; <br />The above stated fees shall be collected in accordance with <br />the Lino Lakes City Code. <br />1 <br />
