RESOLUTION #83 -25 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted July 11 , <br />1983, a report has been prepared by Mr. John Davidson of TKDA with <br />reference to the improvement of Reiling Road from the existing surface <br />for 600 feet to the West Line of Lot 11 and this report was received <br />by the City Council on July 25, 1983. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1 The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />street in accordance with the report and the assess- <br />ment ofthe abutting property for all of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statute Chapter 429 <br />and the Lino Lakes City Charter as an estimated cost <br />of $26,760.00 <br />2 A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im- <br />provement on the 22nd Day of August, 1983 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice <br />of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th Day of <br />July, 1983. <br />AVat0) <br />Edna L.
