RESOLUTION #84 -1 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. That certain Petition requesting the following <br />described improvements: <br />the installation of sewers on Tomahawk Trail from <br />Birch Street East to the border of Shenandoah II. <br />filed with the City on the 29th day of December, 1983, <br />is hereby declared to be signed by at least twenty -five <br />(25 %) percent in number of the benefited property <br />owners as required by Section 8.01, Subd. 1 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />40 as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvements, and the estimated cost therefor which shall be set out <br />both in unit price and total. <br />That the estimated number of benefited property owners by such <br />improvement is one (1). <br />Adopted by the Council this 9th day of January, 1984. <br />110.4,0 'v!z-G J <br />Edna L.
