RESOLUTION #84 -3 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, there exists a balance of $1599.98 in the <br />sinking fund for the 1982 Certificate of <br />Indebtedness, and <br />WHEREAS, there no longer exists any debt for the 1982 <br />Certificate of Indebtedness and therefore no <br />need for funds to be maintained in this <br />account. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />authorizes the City Clerk to transfer <br />$1599.98 from the 1982 Certificate of <br />Indebtedness to the Capitol Improvement <br />Project - Fund #401. <br />Passed by the City Council this 13th day of February, 1984. <br />•101.AllardlerA 1101 <br />Benjami G.
