RESOLUTION #84 -10 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE AS PREPARED BY <br />MINNESOTA CLERK's ASSOCIATION AND APPROVED BY MINNESOTA STATE <br />HISTORICAL SOCIETY. <br />WHEREAS, It becomes necessary to destroy certain old records in <br />order to keep files clear, and <br />WHEREAS, Certain documentation cannot be destroyed without <br />permission from the State Historical Society, and <br />WHEREAS, to ease the procedure for the destruction of these <br />obsolete records, a Records Retention Schedule has <br />been prepared by the Minnesota Clerk's Association <br />and approved by the Minnesota Historical Society. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that, <br />This Records Retentions Schedule be adopted for use by the City <br />of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of March, 1984. <br />111 Edna L.
