• RESOLUTION #84 -11 <br />• <br />• <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE COMPLETION:> OF CERTAIN STRESS WITHIN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Eva Street between <br />Orange Street and the unimproved Street to the <br />North, and the Street to the North from the East <br />line of Lot 4, Block 1 to the West line of Lot 10, <br />Block 2 by bringing the streets up to City standards <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT -: RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKE8 <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. John Davidson of <br />TKDA for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this day of ,1984 <br />Edna L.
