• <br />RESOLUTION #84 -10- <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BID AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF REILING ROAD <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />improvement of Reiling Road from the existing <br />surface for 600 feet to the West line of Lot <br />11, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law, and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that of <br />is the lowest responsible bidder. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into the attached contract with <br />of <br />in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the <br />improvement of Reiling Road to the West line of <br />Lot 11 according to the plans and specifications <br />therefor approved by the City Council and on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits <br />made with thier bids, except that the deposits of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder <br />sahll be retained until a contract is signed.. <br />Adopted by the Council this 26th day of March, 1984. <br />Edna L.
