A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON RICE LAKE ESTATES AND <br />CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, <br />RESOLUTION NO. !� <br />pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted <br />August 8, 1983, a report has been prepared by <br />John Davidson, of TKDA, with reference to the <br />improvement of Rice Lake Estates and this report <br />was received by the Council on September 12, 1983. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement <br />of such Rice Lake Estates and the West <br />Central Service Area in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting prop- <br />erty for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvement of $4,445,000.00. <br />2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such pro- <br />posed improvement on the llth of June, 1984 <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at <br />7:30 PM and the Clerk shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improve- <br />ment as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this <br />Edna L.
