• <br />RESOLUTION #84 -21 <br />RESOLUTION TERMINATING CONSIDERATION OF EXTENSION OF MAPLE STREET <br />WHEREAS, a petition was received by the City Council for the <br />extension of Maple Street from the existing surface <br />400 feet West, and <br />WHEREAS, the petition was received and a feasibility report <br />ordered by the City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, upon receipt of the feasibility report, a public <br />hearing was scheduled for May 29, 1984 at 9:05 P.M., <br />and <br />WHEREAS, before the hearing, the petitioner filed with the City <br />a written request to withdraw his petition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA, that; <br />per the request of the petitioner, all consideration of this project <br />be terminated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 29th day of <br />May, 1984. <br />tc- <br />Cj,e://>L—/ <br />Edna L.
