• <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted the 9th day of <br />July, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference <br />to the following described improvement: <br />All lands abutting Ash Street on the north side from the west City <br />limits to Hodgson Road in the City of Lino Lakes. <br />and this report was received by the Council on the 9th day of July, 1984. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the above described improvement in <br />accordance with the report of the City Engineer and the assessment of <br />benefited property for all of the costs of the improvement pursuant to <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter and Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429. <br />2. The estimated unit price of such improvement is $3,294.00 for <br />Water service and $4,220 for sanitary sewer service for a total of <br />$7,514 per 100' 150' lot. The estimated total cost of the project is <br />$190,850.00. <br />3. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement <br />on the 13th day of August, 1984 in the Council Chambers at the City <br />Hall at 7:15 P.M. The City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be <br />published twice, at least one week apart, in the official newspaper <br />of the City, no less than two weeks prior to the date of said hearings, <br />and in addition thereto, a copy of this resolution shall be mailed to <br />each benefited property owner at their last known address at least two <br />weeks prior to the date of the hearing. <br />c;(r. <br />Adopted by the Council this a3 day of <br />1984 . <br />City Clerk Mayor <br />
