• <br />RESOLUTION #85 -08 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, there exists a balance of $670.00 in the <br />Minnesota Revenue Mortgage Housing Board <br />Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the program application has been submitted by <br />the City and was partially funded for de- <br />veloper use, and <br />WHEREAS, there exists no additional need for City <br />staff involvement. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby auth- <br />orizes the City Clerk to transfer $670.00 from <br />the Minnesota Revenue Mortgage Housing Board <br />Fund to the General Fund for costs incurred by <br />the City. <br />Passesd by the City Council this 28th day of May, 1985. <br />' 1.4 5e.))- -1 <br />Marilyn G.
