• <br />• <br />• <br />BE541.lJI14N <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has appl ied to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for a grant from the Minnesota State Transportation Fund for <br />the reconstruction of City Bridge No. L -8158 over Hardwood Creek, and; <br />WHEREAS, the appl !cation for the grant has been reviewed by the <br />Metropolitan Regional Development Commission, and; <br />WHEREAS, the amount of the grant has been determined to be $100,000, by <br />reason of the I owest responsible bid. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Lino Lakes does hereby <br />affirm that any cost of the bridge in excess of the grant will be <br />appropriated from funds available to the City of Lino Lakes, and that any <br />grant monies appropriated for the bridge but not required, based on the <br />final estimate, shall be returned to the Minnesota State Transportation <br />Fund. <br />.EEflf1 M1ON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />I do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and correct <br />copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by the City of Lino Lakes at <br />a duly authorized meeting thereof held on the day of , 19___. <br />Seal <br />Signature <br />
