• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #85 - 12 <br />RESOLUTION PETITIONING RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT FOR WATER <br />MAINTENANCE FUNDS. <br />WHEREAS: On July 25, 1985 the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes met with the Rice Creek Watershed District and <br />Anoka County to discuss a proposed drainage project <br />and; <br />WHEREAS: The consensus of the group recommended a petition <br />by the City of Lino Lakes to the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District for a ditch study to be conducted in the <br />area of County #22; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby petition <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District to conduct a <br />ditch study for the area of County Ditch #22, <br />2. Request the Rice Creek Watershed District to part- <br />icipate in any upgrading and improvements in the <br />proposed drainage project, <br />3.
